FARMHOUSE ALES

Featuring 95-100% Maine grown ingredients

ODD NOD: A fruity and floral Norwegian-style FARMHOUSE ALE with notes of citrus, pine, and melon. 5% ABV

ODD ONE: This ABBEY-STYLE TABLE BEER is brewed with Maine barley, wheat and organic oats; as well as lemon coriander from our farm and aged in our oak foeder. The result is a thirst quenching beer with subtle hints of citrus, pepper and a malt finish. This small batch beer is available only in the tasting room by the glass. 5% ABV

ODD JOB: This BOTANICAL IPA is brewed with herbs from our farm, as well as complimentary hops, to create a refreshing tropical ale with notes of citrus and stone fruit. 6% ABV

ODD SPELL: A Belgian-style DUBBEL that has a malty backbone with hints of bread, caramel and pepper. 7% ABV

ODD EMBER (AUTUMN VERSION): Inspired by an old Danish smoked farmhouse ale (called gammeltøl) that was brewed to celebrate the fall harvest season.  This small batch beer uses an applewood smoked malt custom made for us by Blue Ox Malthouse. The resulting beer is a malty amber ale with a deep smokey flavor and aroma, perfect for the cooler fall weather and a great pairing with our pizza. 5% ABV

ODD NIGHT: This BLACK ALE uses a blend of herbs from our farm creating unique flavors and aromas of mint, cinnamon and licorice. 5.6% ABV
